Common questions
How do parents join?
You invite each parent with a code or QR for their specific child. They install KiddieBase in the Guardian role and see only their own child.
Can parents see other children?
No. Photos live in closed circles — staff see the group; each guardian sees only their own child.
How does billing work?
Start free for 30 days, no card. Invoices you send inside KiddieBase are reminders with a paid/unpaid status; you mark them paid. KiddieBase does not process card payments.
How do I delete my account or export my data?
In the app: Settings → Account → Export data / Delete account.
Which devices?
iOS and Android. A web version is available at app.kiddie-base.com.
