1. The service
KiddieBase is a daycare management app for childcare providers and the guardians they invite. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be 18+ and authorized to act for your daycare. You are responsible for your account, your staff's use, and for keeping credentials secure. Authentication is via Sign in with Apple or Google.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- Consent: providers must obtain each guardian's consent before adding a child and posting the child's photos/notes. Guardians confirm consent in the app.
- Accuracy & lawfulness: you are responsible for the content you upload (photos, notes, invoices) and for complying with applicable childcare, privacy, and data-protection laws.
- Prohibited use: no unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; no using the app to harass or to share children's media outside the app.
4. Media limits
To keep the flat price sustainable, videos are compressed on-device and limited in length. We may set reasonable storage/upload limits.
5. Plans, trial & billing
- A 30-day free trial, no card required.
- Paid plans are billed at the price shown at sign-up (flat monthly, no per-child fees). In-app purchases are processed by Apple/Google per their terms.
- Invoices created in KiddieBase are payment reminders with a status — KiddieBase is not a payment processor and does not hold funds.
6. Privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is". We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
8. Termination
You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KiddieBase is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
